Long Reverse Angle

This shot isn't very soapy. It's a bit more filmic and is a visual metaphor for Stacey's feelings. I also show us the back wall of the Slater's kitchen, which is hardly ever seen. It means the scene is lifted out of the everyday familiar visual language.

Showing Stacey from the middle of the hallway and closing in on her gives us the feeling of mounting pressure until she decides to act...
